Arizona City Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Arizona City, Arizona.
Arizona City Golf Club first opened for play in 1963. The course was designed by Arthur Jack Snyder. Jack's design features an island tee, greenside bunkers and the 'saguaro'. The course weaves through the homes of this small community.
This flat course is easy to walk. Water hazards (lakes) come into play on at least five holes. The fairways are narrow, and the small greens are fast. The finishing holes on each side will make your golfing experience a memorable one.
Arizona City plays to a par-72 and a maximum distance of 6,775 yards for a par course rating of 71.6 and a slope rating of 117.
Black tees: 6,775 yards, 71.60 / 117

White tees: 5,953 yards, 68.90 / 112

The course close in April 2019.
A message was posted on the Arizona City Golf Course & Duffers Bar and Grill Facebook page stating that the current owners of the golf course are completing a variety of tasks to help make the transition for the new owners easier.
“After 12 long years of not being able to turn a profit or expand the golf course to include an RV park on reasonable economic terms, we determined that we could no longer fight the low capacity use of the property and regulatory bodies who impeded our ability to complete the project on economically reasonable terms,” the Facebook post stated. “We have, instead, engaged a leading brokerage firm to sell the property on our behalf. We are currently working with several buyers and hope to announce a final sale during the summer.”
